Our company was established in March 1989.
Since our inception, we have progressed in terms of services provided, manpower and customer base. We have currently a staff strength of over 20 personnel and support approximately 80 customers.

We provide the following plating services.
End-users of our services include the semi-conductor and automation equipment manufacturers, medtech, optics and other OEMs.
Electroless Nickel (E/N) Plating
Electroless Nickel plating increases the hardness and wear-resistance of the plated workpiece. The completed workpiece then has a bright and evenly coated silver-coloured exterior.
Pickling & Passivation
Passivation is the removal of free-iron and other metallic contaminants on the surface of stainless steel so as to further increase its corrosion resistance. Pickling gives the entire workpiece an even and matt finish, while also removing welding burn marks.
Chromate Conversion Coating
Chromate conversion coating chemically converts a very thin exterior layer of the aluminium workpiece, enhancing its wear resistance, durability and can also be used as a primer prior to painting.
Clear/Black Anodising
Anodising is a popular treatment for aluminium alloys which increases the surfaces hardness, corrosion resistance and durability. We currently offer Type 2 (Sulphuric Acid) anodising, with clear (natural) and black colour.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Ultrasonic cleaning uses an alkali detergent to get rid of any surface contaminants in preparation for the components next step in the assembly process.
Electropolishing
Electropolishing brightens the surface of stainless steel by removing large amounts of the surface, deburring as well as reducing its roughness in the process.
